For 2010 riders will have the option of entering a shorter route of 57 miles.
This 105 mile cyclo- sportive starts in Brampton and traces a figure
of eight around the North Pennines taking in the climb of Hartside
before heading back to Brampton and then alongside Hadrian's Wall
and onwards for a brief incursion into Scotland before heading back
to Brampton. It will be a challenging ride with 2900m of climbing.
